I visited project site last Sunday 28th Nov. Was good to see the progress of work regarding the common facilities , like electric wiring, roads, water line etc. Reg the construction of my villa 125 looks good. I can see that you are using good material and hope that the end product will be nice one. I feel if things go as you had promised it will be a nice house to stay in .

I returned from California, USA after staying there for a period of 11 years. Originally from Delhi, I had no idea about Bangalore. I started my hunt for house with following points in my mind.

1. The property should be out of the city but not very far. 20/25 minutes of drive to city was my criteria. Even better would be if the house was located in/around green area close to nature.
2. I wanted a spacious house but never wanted to get in to the details of construction. I wanted trusted builder with a track record of at least 10 years.
3. I hated to pay loads of money for an apartment in which, I think, one neither owns the land nor have the Luxury of good open space. Yet the prices of apartments were hefty.
4. Excellent customer service was one of the top priorities.
5. I did not want to own an standalone individual house but an individual house in a apartment complex type setting so that the basic amenities, security etc are taken care. Also this makes travel easy for me and for my family since the security is not a concern anymore.
6. The property should be priced right so that it has good potential of appraisal.

With these points in my mind I started the hunt and stumbled across variety of properties. None of the properties I found met all of the above criteria. Then somehow I got in touch with this project. I loved it as soon as I looked at it. The price was right, the location was right, the customer service was awesome (to say the least). They helped with every modification that I requested them. These are "NO NONSENSE" people who want to deliver.
I am 100 % satisfied with my buy and I am sure this is not only my story. These guys are professionals and unlike others they listen to clients and mold the situation according to the client's needs. If I would have to rank my experience I would rate it 10 out of 10 or even more if I could. Since then I have recommended this property to everyone I care about.

We have booked a villa in Aisshwarya Samskruthi project. We were truly impressed by the unique architectural design of these villas with more emphasis given to individual's privacy, natural light, spacious rooms, private garden etc. I'm sure this project will become one of the notable landmark in Sarjapur area in another 1 or 2 years. I'm Eagerly looking forward to see the innovative design/concepts in reality in coming days.

The most we liked about Aisshwarya Samskruthi is the concept and villa design. We liked the open to sky areas and high windows that give very good ventilation. Moreover one can keep a watch on all the floors just from the living room. We were always looking for amenities like Lawn Tennis, Skating rink, Swimming pool and Badminton and this project offers all that. The other salient feature is hydro-pneumatic water supply that will avoid the hassle of storing the water either in a sump or in over-head tank. The grand entrance and the roads leading to this are very well conceptualized. We would be very happy and hope to see the internal finishing as given in the presentation and images. One additional good point is the location; I think it is perfectly located for people traveling to outer-ring-road, marathhalli, white field and e-city for work. Added to this lot of good schools are around the area. We hope to start living there as soon as possible.

  It has now been ten years since I have been staying in Aishwarya Lakeview Residency and have enjoyed every bit of my stay here. Good sunlight, fresh air, beautiful ambience with a sparkling swimming pool, childrens' park and excellent walking space for elders, all around the flats. In spite of six blocks and almost 150 homes and families, the external noise level inside the houses is quite low and does not disturb _such is the design and construction. A gym, a large community hall, guest rooms, and an open terrace over the community hall are the added facilities for the residents. Truly, Aishwarya Lakeview Residency is a mini township all in itself, with fully secure boundary walls, round the clock 24 hour security, good maintenance staff, inter-mixed natural beauty like several coconut trees, flowering plants and mini gardens all around, excellent breeze and light and echoing with the play and laughter of happy children. It is indeed a place of delight and happiness. May many more such apartments sprout in Bangalore.
